Required fields are a necessity for form submission in many cases. Opposed to scripting the check into the php email handler, java performs the check easily and presents an alert box (faster then rerouting to another page).

TheLeducTeam.com implements this form check to gather e.mail contacts for those who choose to view listing in the IDX.
